Returns and Refunds:
We think everything we sell is excellent quality , and represents great value. We hope you do too, but if you don’t, simply return it immediately for a refund or credit back to your charge card . We sadly have to charge a , 30% of order value , re-stocking & admin. fee . Simply return the unused Mural , it must be as new with no marks , creases , folds or rips and repackaged in its original condition and ready for sale as new , with your order reference number, and a note of explanation. Once we have examined it , and are satisfied that it can go straight back onto the shelf for sale , we will then issue the credit back to you .

Service Standard:
Orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. Method of delivery depends on location of delivery address. Most economical method may be used.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation:
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will also email you when your order has shipped and provide you with your order tracking information. Order status and tracking information is also available via the View Order Status and History screen.

PRICES and PAYMENTS

All our prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) include Delivery charges to mainland United Kingdom. Credit/Debit card payments are taken on a ‘Pre-Authorisation’ Basis and will not be charged until the goods have been despatched from our warehouse.
Any payments taken from Credit/Debit card from currencies other than GBP will be converted by the card issuer at the applicable bank rate at the time of the transaction, (see your issuer for further information on their charges)”

TAXES AND DUTIES

Some countries outside the United Kingdom, may have import duties or Taxes to be paid. These are out of our control. Please make enquiries with the relevant authorities if you require any further information.

CANCELATION POLICY

You may cancel you order at anytime, prior to us despatching the Mural and no charges will be made.
